产业带来全新发展机遇，推动东西方健康文化互通共融。

论述：中欧两地养生理念拥有深厚相通之处。我国自古传承药食同源养生文化，讲究天人相应、食养固本、

未病先防，利用天然食药物质调理脏腑代谢，预防慢性疾病。欧洲推崇均衡饮食、天然植物营养康养，重

视食材原生态与膳食合理搭配。东西方饮食健康理念高度契合，为两国健康产业贸易往来、文化交流筑牢

基础。

总结：从产业现状来看，中国药食同源产业链资源丰厚，食药物质品类丰富，原材料种植规模庞大，深加

工工艺日趋成熟。依托现代萃取、低温破壁、智能生产技术，不断研发功能性养生食品、膳食营养调理产

品，产品种类多元，性价比优势突出。在一带一路经贸合作加持下，中欧健康产业合作持续升级。双方不

断打通商贸流通渠道，依托中欧班列、跨境贸易平台，加快食疗养生产品进出口流通。欧洲地区人口老龄

化严重，慢性病多发，民众对于草本养生、无添加绿色营养产品需求持续上涨，欧洲健康消费市场空间广

阔。

With the continuous promotion of the Health Silk Road, the integration of Sino-European diet and nutrition

exchanges and the health industry of the same origin of medicine and food continue to deepen.The global public

health concept has gradually changed, and health prevention, nutritional conditioning and non-drug intervention fordiseases have become the mainstream trend, bringing new development opportunities to the Sino-European natural

herbal, food convalescent and functional food industries, and promoting the integration of Eastern and Western healthcultures.Keyword：Jointly build the Belt and Road Initiative Integration of medicine and food from the same origin and

health industryExpound：The health concepts of China and Europe have deep similarities.Since ancient times, China has inherited the

culture of medicinal food and the same origin of health care. It pays attention to the correspondence between heavenand man, food and nourishment, and pre-disease prevention. It uses natural food and medicine to condition themetabolism of internal organs and prevent chronic diseases.Europe advocates a balanced diet, natural plant nutritionand health, and attaches importance to the original ecology of ingredients and the reasonable combination ofmeals.The concepts of food and health between the East and the West are highly compatible, laying a solid foundation

for trade and cultural exchanges in the health industry of the two countries.
