论 述:1.5 型糖尿病(LADA)兼具 1 型糖尿病的自身免疫特征与 2 型糖尿病的胰岛素抵抗特点,早期胰岛β细胞功能尚存、口服药有效,随病程进展因自身免疫损伤导致胰岛素分泌进行性衰竭,最终依赖胰岛素治疗。国内外治疗此型糖尿病目前缺乏可延缓 LADA 胰岛功能衰退的治疗用药和临床干预方案。而高含量食药物质品类按照中医君、臣、佐、使理论配伍后的食药物质专利产品、具备调节 1.5 型糖尿病(LADA)病患自身机能、固本培元、逐步改善和修复胰岛功能的潜在优势,且安全性高,契合 LADA 长期非药物干预需求。

本研究基于菩亚济欧生命科学桔康惠众的组合食药物质专利产品,我本人系(LADA)患者,发病于新冠疫情之后,c 肽功能逐渐降低,采用口服降糖药和注射胰岛素相结合应用,身体健康状态逐步极度不佳、体虚乏力、弱不禁风需住院治疗,直接影响到我的正常生活和工作,负责病情诊疗的主任医师在评估我的胰岛功能和 c 肽数据及身体状况后坦诚的告诉我、目前国内外尚无有效改善此类病征的可行预案和药物、唯有长期同时口服多种降糖西药和每天两次注射胰岛素尽量减缓 c 肽和胰岛功能下降。

总   结:糖尿病非药物干预食药物质专利产品可显著降低 LADA 患者空腹/餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白,12 周血糖达标率达 68.3%,无降糖西药和胰岛素副作用风险,有助于修复受损胰岛功能,有助于逆转 LADA 患者胰岛β细胞功能衰退,显著提升空腹/餐后 C 肽水平、降低胰岛素抵抗,有助于缓解糖尿病患者病情进展和有助于减少糖尿病并发症的发生,且长期服用无肝肾功能损伤,仅个别出现轻度胃肠道反应,安全性优于化学降糖药。

xpoundType 1.5 diabetes (LADA) has both the autoimmune characteristics of type 1 diabetes and the insulin resistance characteristics of type 2 diabetes. In the early stage, the function of pancreatic islet beta cells is still active and oral drugs are effective. As the disease progresses, insulin secretion is caused by progressive failure due to autoimmune damage, and finally relies on insulin treatment. At present, there is a lack of therapeutic drugs and clinical

intervention programs that can delay the decline of LADA pancreatic islet function in the treatment of this type of diabetes at home and abroad.The high-content food and drug quality category is a patented product of food and drug quality according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which has the potential advantages of regulating the self-function of patients with type 1.5 diabetes (LADA), solidifying the original culture, gradually improving and
