摘 要:随着全民健康需求持续升级,慢性病调理、亚健康改善、日常养生保健的市场需求不断扩大,食药物质产业进入快速发展阶段。但当前产业整体仍处于转型升级关键期,普遍存在技术创新薄弱、加工方式粗放、产品同质化严重、行业竞争混乱、创新保护不足等诸多问题。

简 述:食药物质产业依托中华千年药食同源文化,是我国大健康产业的特色核心板块,也是落实预防为主健康理念、推进“健康中国 2030”战略的重要支撑。新时代背景下,科技创新赋能产业提质升级,知识产权保护规范市场发展秩序,二者协同联动、双向赋能,共同为食药物质产品高质量、可持续、规范化发展保驾护航。
1、推动产业迭代升级的核心动力
长期以来,我国食药物质产业以中小型企业为主,多数生产模式停留在原料清洗、简单分装、粗制加工的传统阶段,技术含量低、产品附加值低。传统生产工艺难以精准保留食材活性成分,存在损耗高、功效不稳定、品质不可控等短板,严重制约产业高端化发展。现代科技创新从全产业链维度实现突破,彻底改变传统产业发展格局。
2、现代农业科创技术实现道地食药物质良种选育、标准化种植、绿色病虫害防控与智能化溯源管理,有效稳定原料有效成分含量,保障原料安全、优质、可控,从根源解决品质参差不齐的行业痛点。
3、在生产加工环节,依托低温萃取、生物发酵、超微破壁、精准配比等现代化技术,实现活性成分高效留存与深度开发,大幅提升产品功能性与安全性,推动产业从原料输出向精深功能产品转型。在产品研发环节,依托药理研究、营养分析、交叉学科研究,科学验证食药物质功效机理与配伍价值,开发适配不同人群、不同康养场景的细分产品,有效破解行业同质化难题,丰富大健康消费供给,为产业创新发展注入核心动能。

5、知识产权是固化科创成果、构建企业核心竞争力、规范行业市场秩序的关键保障。当前食药物质行业侵权成本低、维权成本高,大量原创配方、新型工艺、特色产品上市后迅速被模仿复制,导致创新企业利润被挤压,行业陷入低价内卷、无序竞争的恶性循环,严重阻碍产业高质量发展。强化知识产权布局与保护,能够从根本上扭转行业乱象。
6、企业通过发明专利保护新型加工工艺、核心活性提取技术、专属功能配方,利用实用新型专利保护生产设备与改良装置,以外观专利保护产品形态与包装设计,全方位构建技术壁垒,守护自主创新成果。同时,通过商标注册、品牌版权保护,打造专属品牌 IP,区分劣质仿冒产品,提升品牌公信力与市场溢价能力,推动行业从低价竞争转向品质竞争、品牌竞争。此外,完善的知识产权管理体系,能够帮助企业规避侵权风险、规范生产经营,提升企业合规水平与市场竞争力,为企业规模化、品牌化、市场化发展筑牢法治基础。

Brief description:Relying on China's thousand-year-old culture of the same origin of medicine and food, the food and food industry is the characteristic core plate of China's health industry. It is also an important support for implementing the concept of prevention-oriented health and promoting the "Healthy China 2030" strategy. Under the background of the new era, scientific and technological innovation empowers the quality and upgrading of the industry,and the protection of intellectual property rights regulates the order of market development. The two are coordinated and two-way empowerment to jointly protect the high-quality, sustainable and standardised development of food and pharmaceutical products.
1、The core driving force for promoting the iterative upgrading of the industry
For a long time, China's food and pharmaceutical industry is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises, andmost of the production modes stay in the traditional stage of raw material cleaning, simple packaging and rough processing, with low technical content and low product added value. It is difficult for the traditional production process to accurately retain the active ingredients of ingredients, and there are shortcomings such as high loss, unstable efficacy, and uncontrollable quality, which seriously restricts the high-end development of the industry. Modern scientific and technological innovation has achieved breakthroughs from the dimension of the whole industrial chain, completely changing the traditional industrial development pattern.
2、Modern agricultural science and technology realises the selection and breeding of good seeds, standardised planting, prevention and control of green diseases and pests and intelligent traceability management, effectively stabilises the content of active ingredients of raw materials, ensures the safety, high quality and controllability of raw materials, and solves the pain points of uneven quality from the root cause.
3、In the production and processing link, relying on modern technologies such as low-temperature extraction, biological fermentation, ultra-fine wall breaking, and precise ratio, we can realise the efficient retention and in-depth development of active ingredients, greatly improve the functionality and safety of products, and promote the transformation of the industry from raw material export to deep functional products. In the product research and development link, relying on pharmacological research, nutritional analysis andinterdisciplinary research, scientifically verify the mechanism of food quality efficacy and matching value, develop subdivision products suitable for different groups of people and different health scenarios, effectively solve the problem of industry homogenisation, enrich the supply of large health consumption, and inject core momentum into industrial innovation and development. Can.
4、The empowerment of science and technology innovation allows traditional medicinal and food resources of the same origin to get rid of the empirical and crude development mode and turn to a standardised, scientific and refined modern industrial system, which is the fundamental support for the long-term development of the food and medicinal quality industry. However, technological innovation alone is far from enough. Without a perfect intellectual property protection system, innovative achievements are very easy to be plagiarised and imitated, and it is difficult for enterprises to invest in research and development, which will eventually kill the innovative vitality of the industry.Therefore, the protection of intellectual property rights is an important barrier to the healthy development of the food and food quality industry.
5、Intellectual property rights are the key guarantee for solidifying scientific and technological innovation achievements, building the core competitiveness of enterprises, and standardising the market order of the industry. At present, the cost of infringement in the food and pharmaceutical industry is low and the cost of rights protection is high. A large number of original formulas, new processes and special products are quickly imitated and copied after the market, resulting in the squeeze of profits of innovative enterprises. The industry falls into a vicious circle of low-price internal volume and disorderly competition, which seriously hinders the high-quality development of the industry. Strengthening the layout and protection of intellectual property rights can fundamentally reverse the chaos of the industry.
6、Through invention patents to protect new processing technologies, core active extraction technologies and exclusive unctional formulas, enterprises use utility model patents to protect production equipment and improved devices, protect product form and packaging design with appearance patents, build technical barriers in an all-round way, and safeguard independent innovation achievements. At the same time, through trademark registration and brand copyright protection, we will create exclusive brand IP, distinguish inferior and counterfeit products, improve brand credibility and market premium ability, and promote the industry to shift from low-price competition to quality competition and brand competition. In addition, the perfect intellectual property management system can help enterprises avoid infringement risks, standardise production and operation, improve the compliance level and market competitiveness of enterprises, and lay a solid foundation for the rule of law for the scale, brand and market development of enterprises.
Discuss:Science and technology innovation is the driving force of industrial development, and intellectual property rights are the safe bottom line of industrial development. The two complement each other and are indispensable.
