摘  要:健康是民生之本、强国之基,随着全球慢性病高发、亚健康普遍化,我国传承数千年的药食同源食药物质产品,在健康中国战略深入实施、全球共建人类健康命运共同体的时代背景下,推动食药物质产业创新发展、标准化发展、国际化发展,不仅能够赋能国民健康建设,更能为全球公共卫生治理与人类共同健康事业贡献中国智慧、中国方案与中国力量。

论   述:药食同源是中华优秀传统养生文化的精髓,是中医药体系独具特色的资源宝库。食药物质兼具食品安全性与健康调理功能性,药性温和、适用性广、副作用极低,适配全民日常养生、体质调理、慢病干预、亚健康改善等多元场景。不同于药物治疗的被动救治模式,食药物质产品以预防为先、调理为本、养护为辅,构建起饮食养生、生活防病的健康体系,与“健康中国 2030”提出的以人民健康为中心、坚持预防为主、全方位全周期保障人民健康的核心理念高度契合,是推进全民健康、降低社会医疗负担、实现健康关口前移的重要载体。 

在健康中国建设进程中,食药物质产业已成为大健康产业的核心支撑。当前,我国居民生活方式发生深刻变化,熬夜、饮食不规律、久坐少动等不良习惯造成亚健康人群持续扩大,高血压、高血糖、高血脂等慢性病人群呈现年轻化趋势。传统治疗手段成本高、复发率高、干预滞后,而食药物质通过日常膳食调理、温和机能养护,能够有效改善身体代谢水平、增强机体免疫力、延缓慢性病发展进程,实现非药物健康干预。国家持续扩容食药物质目录、完善行业标准、规范生产体系,推动枸杞、茯苓、黄芪、金银花、沙棘等特色资源产业化、产品化、生活化,让传统养生智慧走进千家万户,切实提升国民健康素养与全民健康水平,夯实健康中国建设的民生根基。 与此同时,食药物质产业的现代化升级,推动我国健康产业实现高质量、可持续发展。依托现代科技创新,行业实现活性成分萃取、科学配伍、功效验证、智能生产、精准溯源全链条升级,彻底改变传统粗加工、 经验化的发展模式。标准化、科学化的食药产品,解决了传统养生缺乏量化标准、效果不稳定、使用不规 范的短板,让药食同源文化从传统经验转化为现代科学体系,为国民提供安全、有效、可检测、可溯源的 健康产品,助力构建中国式现代化健康保障体系。 

总   结:立足全球视野,在全球化深度融合,人类健康命运共同体理念深入人心,2025 年 10 月由中欧一带一 路饮食营养与健康专家委员会发起、上海食文化研究会全力支持,多个国家和地区参与的“国际疾病非药物干预科学应用联盟”在法国巴黎成立,依托“一带一路”健康合作、中国食文化国际交流、优质食药产品、中式食养技术持续走向国际,帮助更多国家民众建立科学膳食养生习惯。这不仅是中华优秀传统文化的对外传播,更是中国主动承担全球健康责任、助力人类共同福祉的生动实践。食药物质与药食同源产业,既是健康中国战略落地的重要产业支撑,也是中国参与全球健康治理、以中国方案服务全民健康、惠及世界人民,必将持续为国民幸福、人类健康命运共同体事业发展贡献持久力量。

Abstract:Health is the foundation of people's livelihood and the foundation of a strong country. With the high incidence of chronic diseases and the prevalence of sub-health in the world, China has inherited medicinal food andfood quality products of the same origin for thousands of years. Under the background of the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China strategy and the global construction of a community of human health destiny, it promotes the innovative development, standardised development and international development of the food quality industry. It can not only empower the construction of national health, but also contribute Chinese wisdom, Chinese plan and Chinese  strength to global public health governance and human health.

Expound:The same origin of medicinal food is the essence of China's excellent traditional health culture, and it is a  treasure trove of resources with unique characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine system. The drug quality of  food has both food safety and health conditioning function. It has mild medicinal properties, wide applicability and  extremely low side effects. It is suitable for national daily health care, physical conditioning, chronic disease intervention, sub-health improvement and other diverse scenarios. Unlike the passive treatment mode of drug  treatment, food and medicinal products are prevention-oriented, conditioning-based, and maintenance-based, and  build a health system for diet and life disease prevention, which is the core of people's health-centred, 

prevention-oriented, and all-round and full-cycle protection of people's health proposed by "Healthy China 2030". The  concept is highly compatible, and it is an important carrier to promote national health, reduce the medical burden of  society, and realise the advancement of health. 

In the process of building a healthy China, the food and pharmaceutical industry has become the core support of the  large health industry. At present, the lifestyle of Chinese residents has undergone profound changes. Bad habits such as   staying up late, irregular diet, sedentary and low movement have caused the continuous expansion of the sub-healthy  population, and the people with chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperglycaemia and hyperlipidaemia have  shown a trend of rejuvenation. Traditional treatment methods are expensive, have a high recurrence rate, and  intervention is lagging behind. While food medicine can effectively improve the body's metabolic level, enhance the body's immunity, slow down the development of sexually transmitted diseases, and realise non-drug health  intervention through daily dietary conditioning and mild functional maintenance. The state continues to expand the food quality catalogue, improve industry standards, standardise the production system, promote the industrialisation, 

productization and lifeization of characteristic resources such as wolfberry, poria, astragalus, honeysuckle, sea  buckthorn, etc., so that traditional health care wisdom can enter thousands of households, effectively improve national  health literacy and national health level, and consolidate the construction of a healthy China. Set up the foundation of people's livelihood. 

At the same time, the modernisation and upgrading of the food and food quality industry has promoted China's health  industry to achieve high quality and sustainable development. Relying on modern scientific and technological  innovation, the industry realises the whole chain upgrade of active ingredient extraction, scientific matching, efficacy  verification, intelligent production and accurate traceability, and completely changes the traditional rough processing and empirical development mode. Standardised and scientific food products solve the shortcomings of traditional  health care that lack quantitative standards, unstable effect and non-standard use, so that the culture of the same origin  of medicinal food can be transformed from traditional experience into a modern scientific system, providing safe, 

effective, detectible and traceable health products for the people, and helping to build Chinese-style modern health.

Conclusion:Based on the global vision, deep integration in globalisation, and the concept of community of human health destiny is deeply rooted in people's hearts. In October 2025, it was launched by the China-Europe Belt and  Road Diet, Nutrition and Health Expert Committee, fully supported by the Shanghai Food Culture Research  Association, and participated by many countries and regions. The League was established in Paris, France. Relying on  the "Belt and Road" health cooperation, the international exchange of Chinese food culture, high-quality food  products, and Chinese food and nourishment technology, it continues to go international to help people in more  countries establish scientific diet and health habits. This is not only the external dissemination of China's excellent  traditional culture, but also a vivid practice of China's initiative to assume global health responsibilities and help the  common well-being of mankind. The food quality and the same origin industry is not only an important industrial  support for the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy, but also China's participation in  global health governance, serving national health with China's plan, and benefitting the people of the world. It will continue to make lasting contributions to the development of national happiness and the community of human health and destiny.
