简   述:传统中医四时养生 理论:古语有云冬病夏治,冬季寒气盛,人体阳气内敛潜藏,多食羊肉只为御寒; 夏季天地阳气最旺盛,人体腠理疏松、毛孔全开,气血外泄,内里中焦脾胃虚寒、元阳亏虚,久病体弱、 慢性病人群肌体阳气损耗更为严重。大部分人固有的理解认为夏天燥热不宜吃肉,实则违背中医体质规律。 

久病之人正气虚弱、气血不足、寒湿内伏,体内阴寒淤积久久无法排出,夏季适量进食羊肉,是扶助肌体 阳气、固本培元的重要食疗方式。 

1、羊肉药性特质 

羊肉性味甘温,入脾、肾、心经,功效温中健脾、益气补虚、暖肾固本、散寒除湿、补益精血。相较于其 他肉食,羊肉温补而不燥烈,药力柔和,属于优质药食同源补益食材,尤为适合体虚患病、久病气血亏虚 体质食用。 

2、夏季进食羊肉对患病肌体具体作用 

2.1 温化体内伏寒,根除陈年宿疾、慢性病、长期患病人群,肌体大多寒湿郁结,寒气盘踞脏腑经络,常 年畏寒怕冷、周身酸痛。夏季毛孔全部张开,经络通透,此时吃羊肉,温热之力可以顺着经络渗透脏腑, 化开体内沉积多年的寒湿冷气,排出深层阴毒,减少骨关节病、脾胃虚寒、反复咳喘旧病秋冬复发概率, 达到冬病夏治。 

2.2 患病机体长期气血消耗,脏腑功能衰退,免疫力低下,元气衰败,抗病能力薄弱。羊肉富含优质蛋白、 多种微量元素,能够快速补充久病流失的气血津液,补中益气,滋养五脏,修复受损脏腑机能,提升身体 自身正气,增强机体免疫屏障,减少反复生病。 

2.3 久病之人大多脾胃运化能力差,食欲差、大便溏稀、运化无力,湿气源源不断内生。夏季暑湿偏重, 更加容易困阻脾胃。羊肉可以温中暖胃,温补脾阳,增强脾胃运化吸收能力,运化体内水湿,从根源杜绝 痰湿滋生,改善体虚湿气重。 

2.4.长期慢性病患者大多气血阴阳失调,心神失养,多见失眠烦躁、体虚乏力、精神萎靡。夏日常有心火过 旺、阴阳不交,适度食用羊肉可养血宁心,平衡体内阴阳气机,舒缓久病体虚带来的疲惫、多梦心慌。 

2.5 夏季气候炎热,人体不断出汗,汗为心之液,出汗耗阳气。体弱病患本身阳气不足,夏季大量流汗会 造成元气外泄、阳气亏虚、体质愈发衰弱。食用羊肉收敛固养肾阳,锁住自身元气,避免肌体阳气过度耗 损,稳固身体本源。 

3、区分体质 食用禁忌 

3.1 适合食用人群:久病体虚、寒湿体质、阳虚怕冷、慢病迁延、气血不足、脾胃虚弱、风湿骨病患者 

3.2.不宜多食人群:体内实热旺盛、阴虚火旺、经常上火、反复口腔溃疡、湿热厚重患病者,不可多食,避 免温热内生加重内热。 

4、食用原则 

夏季吃羊肉讲究少食温补、清淡烹制,少辛辣大料,搭配冬瓜、白萝卜、莲藕等凉性食材中和温性,温而 不上火,补而不壅滞。

总   结:对于各类久病受损的患病肌体,夏季并非忌羊肉,而是最适宜温补养身的时节。顺应冬病夏治养生 原理,合理适量服食羊肉,能够温寒祛湿、补益气血、修复脏腑、固本扶阳,改善慢性病虚弱体质,调理 内里寒湿体质,有效降低秋冬季节旧疾反复发作,是药食同源四季养生的重要调理方法。

Brief description:Traditional Chinese medicine four-time health care theory: There is an ancient saying that the winter 

disease is cured in summer, the cold qi is strong in winter, and the human body's yang qi is restrained and hidden, and  eating more mutton is just to ward off the cold; in summer, the yang qi of heaven and earth is the most vigourous, the  human body is loose, the pores are fully open, the qi and blood are leaked, the spleen and stomach are cold, the  original yang is weak, the body of people with chronic diseases are weak for a long time The loss is more serious. Most  people's inherent understanding is that it is not suitable to eat meat in summer, which is actually against the 

constitution of traditional Chinese medicine. People with long-term illness have weak qi, insufficient qi and blood, cold 

and dampness, and the yin and cold accumulation in the body cannot be discharged for a long time. Eating mutton in  moderation in summer is an important diet therapy to support the body's yang qi and solidify the original. 

1、The medicinal properties of mutton 

Mutton tastes sweet and warm, and enters the spleen, kidney and heart meridians. It has the effect of warming and  strengthening the spleen, benefitting qi and replenishing deficiency, warming the kidney and fixing the original, 

dispelling cold and moisture, and toning the blood. Compared with other meat foods, mutton is warm and tonic but  not dry, and the medicinal power is soft. It is a high-quality medicinal food and tonic food of the same source. It is  especially suitable for people who are sick and sick for a long time. 

2、The specific effect of eating mutton in summer on sick muscles 

2.1Warm the cold in the body, eradicate old diseases, chronic diseases, and long-term patients. Most of the muscles are  cold and damp, and the cold air is perched on the internal organs and meridians. They are afraid of cold all the year  round, and the whole body is sore. In summer, all the pores are open and the meridians are transparent. At this time, 

eating mutton, the power of warmth can penetrate the internal organs along the meridians, dissolate the cold, damp  and cold air deposited in the body for many years, discharge the deep poison, reduce the recurrence probability of  bone and joint diseases, spleen and stomach deficiency, repeated cough and asthma in autumn and winter, and achieve  the cure of winter diseases in summer. 

2.2The diseased body has long-term qi and blood consumption, the function of the internal organs declines, the  immunity is low, the vitality decays, and the disease resistance is weak. Mutton is rich in high-quality protein and a  variety of trace elements, which can quickly replenish the qi and blood liquid lost from long-term illness, tonic and  benefit qi, nourish the five organs, repair the function of damaged internal organs, improve the body's own righteous

qi, enhance the body's immune barrier, and reduce repeated illness. 

2.3Most people with long-term illness have poor spleen and stomach transportation ability, poor appetite, loose stools, 

weak transportation, and continuous internal moisture. Summer is hot and humid, and it is more likely to obstruct the  spleen and stomach. Mutton can warm the stomach, warm the spleen and yang, enhance the absorption ability of the  spleen and stomach, transport water and moisture in the body, eliminate the growth of phlegm and moisture from the  root cause, and improve the body's deficiency and moisture. 

2.4Most patients with long-term chronic diseases have qi and blood yin and yang imbalance, mental loss, insomnia and 

irritability, physical weakness, and mental depression. In summer, the heart is too hot and yin and yang are not intong. 

Eating mutton moderately can nourish the blood and calm the heart, balance the yin and yang qi in the body, and 

relieve the fatigue and dream panic caused by long-term illness and body deficiency. 

2.5In summer, the climate is hot, and the human body is constantly sweating. Sweat is the liquid of the heart, and  sweating consumes yang qi. Weak patients themselves lack yang qi, and sweating a lot in summer will cause vitality  leakage, yang qi deficiency, and physical weakness. Eating mutton converges and nourishes kidney yang, locks one's  vitality, avoids excessive consumption of muscle yang qi, and stabilises the origin of the body. 

3、Distinguish the constitution Contraindications for eating 

3.1Suitable for edible people: patients with long-term illness and body deficiency, cold and damp constitution, yang  deficiency and fear of cold, chronic disease, qi and blood deficiency, spleen and stomach weakness, rheumatism and  bone disease 

3.2People who should not eat too much: those who have vigourous heat in the body, strong yin deficiency and fire, 

frequent fever, repeated mouth ulcers, wet and hot and heavy diseases should not eat too much, and avoid heat  endogenous warming and aggravating internal heat. 

4、The principle of eating 

In summer, when eating mutton, pay attention to eating less warm tonic, light cooking, less spicy ingredients, with  winter melon, white radish, lotus root and other cool ingredients to neutralise the warmth, warm without burning, 

tonic without stagnation. 

Conclusion:For all kinds of diseased and damaged muscles for a long time, it is not to avoid mutton in summer, but  the most suitable season to warm up and nourish the body. In line with the principle of winter disease and summer  health care, eating mutton in a reasonable and moderate amount can warm the cold and dispel moisture, benefit qi and  blood, repair the internal organs, consolidate the root and help the Yang, improve the weak constitution of chronic  diseases, condition the cold and dampness inside, and effectively reduce the repeated attacks of old diseases in autumn  and winter. It is an important conditioning method for the four-season health care of medicinal food.
