饮食文化是人类文明的核心载体 承载着民族生存智慧与健康生活理念。中华食文化历经数千年积淀 形

成了药食同源、膳食均衡、顺时养生、适度节制的核心理念 是兼具科学性与人文性的古老生活智慧。在“一

带一路”共建倡议深入推进的背景下 各国经贸互通、文明交融持续深化 中华优秀传统食文化走出国门

为沿线国家优化膳食结构、改善国民营养、防控饮食性疾病提供了东方方案 助力全球健康事业发展 以

美食文明互鉴造福全人类。

忽视营养搭配与身体代谢规律 长期不合理的饮食方式 导致肥胖、高血压、高血脂、心血管疾病等慢性

病高发 成为制约国民健康、加重各国医疗负担的重要因素。此外 过往各国饮食文化相对封闭 健康饮

食经验互通不足 缺乏普适性、科学化的膳食指导体系。

文化推广 在文明互鉴与经贸互通的加持下 中国食文化正持续引领沿线国家饮食健康升级 发挥重要的

辐射带动作用。首先 传播食养智慧 优化膳食结构。通过中外文化交流、美食赛事、文旅合作等多种形

式 我国药食同源、食药物质专利产品、均衡膳食的养生理念广泛传播 引导沿线民众减少高油、高糖、

重加工食品食用 增加粗粮、果蔬、草本食材的摄入比例 打破单一粗放的饮食模式 构建多元化、营养

化的膳食体系。

共享健康烹饪技艺 降低疾病风险。中式蒸煮、清炖、凉拌、快炒等烹饪方式 少油少盐、低温健康 能

够最大程度保留食材原生营养 避免高温烹饪产生有害物质。这类健康烹饪技艺在沿线国家的普及 有效

改良了当地油炸、熏烤的传统烹饪习惯 大幅降低不健康饮食性习惯导致慢性病的发病概率。

Food culture is the core carrier of human civilisation, carrying the wisdom of national survival and the concept of

healthy life.After thousands of years of accumulation, Chinese food culture has formed the core concept of the same

origin of medicinal food, balanced diet, timely health care, and moderate moderation. It is an ancient life wisdom that

is both scientific and humanistic.Under the background of the in-depth promotion of the "Belt and Road" joint

construction initiative, the economic and trade exchanges and civilisation integration of various countries continue to

deepen. China's excellent traditional food culture has gone abroad, providing oriental solutions for countries along the

route to optimise the dietary structure, improve national nutrition, and prevent and control dietary diseases, helping the

development of global health undertakings, and benefiting all mankind with mutual learning of food civilisation.

Expound:Chinese traditional food culture contains a scientific core that meets modern health standards and has a

strong global promotion value.First, medicine and food have the same origin, and food and nourishment are the

first.Since ancient times, China has promoted the concept of "food tonic is better than medicine tonic". It integrates

grains, fruits and vegetables, herbs, and medicinal and food dual-use ingredients into the daily diet. Through mild diet

conditioning, it maintains human function, which is different from the Western diet that relies on deep processing and

high-calorie ingredients, and naturally adapts to the daily health needs of the public.Second, balanced diet and scientific

ratio. The traditional diet pays attention to "five grains for nourishment, five fruits for help, five animals for benefit,

and five vegetables for filling". Adhere to the combination of coarse and fine, the appropriate combination of meat

and vegetables, and the harmony of cold and heat, so as to achieve a balanced intake of carbon water, vitamins,

and high-fat food. The proportion of processed food is high, the intake of fruits, vegetables and coarse grains is

insufficient, and the diet structure is single and unbalanced.At the same time, local people generally lack scientific

health concepts. They pursue taste and flavour in their diet, ignoring nutritional matching and body metabolism laws.

Long-term unreasonable eating methods lead to a high incidence of obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia,

cardiovascular diseases and other chronic diseases, which have become important factors that restrict national health

and aggravate the medical burden of various countries.In addition, the food culture of the past countries was relatively

closed, the exchange of healthy eating experience was insufficient, and there was a lack of universal and scientific

dietary guidance system.

Cultural promotion:With the support of mutual learning of civilisation and economic and trade, Chinese food culture

is continuing to lead the health upgrading of the diet of countries along the route, playing an important role in

radiation.First of all, spread the wisdom of food and optimise the diet structure.Through Chinese and foreign cultural

exchanges, food competitions, cultural tourism cooperation and other forms, the health concept of China's medicinal

food of the same origin, dietary drug quality patented products, and balanced diet has been widely spread, guiding

people along the route to reduce the consumption of high-oil, high-sugar and heavy-processed food, increase the

intake of coarse grains, fruits and vegetables, and herbal ingredients, break the single coarse diet pattern, and build a
