【摘要】我国慢性病患病率持续走高，代谢类慢性病多病共存现象普遍，单纯药物治疗存在一定局限。食药物质膳食干预作为医疗之外的补充手段，越来越受到行业关注。很多慢性病患者长期服药，存在代谢负担、体质虚弱等问题。食养膳食疾病非药物干预，是通过合规食药物质，改善机体基础状态、逐步稳定病症。食安严选健康管理产业平台针对递道鲜®系列食膳产品开展实践应用，探讨多品类食膳对于慢性病的辅助调理，分析应用、剖析现存问题与提出产业发展建议，推动科学食膳在慢性病健康管理领域规范化落地。

【论述研讨】递道鲜®慢性病食养干预基本论述
1.慢性病多存在代谢紊乱、慢性炎症、脾胃运化偏弱，虚实夹杂，不宜激进干预。

【Abstract】The incidence of chronic diseases in China continues to rise, the coexistence of metabolic chronic diseases and multiple diseases is common, and there are certain limitations in simple drug treatment.As a supplementary means other than medical treatment, dietary intervention has attracted more and more attention from the industry. Many patients with chronic diseases take medicine for a long time, and there are problems such as metabolic burden and physical weakness. Non-drug intervention for dietary diseases is to improve the basic state of the body and gradually stabilise the symptoms by complying with the quality of diet. The Food Safety Strictly Selected Health Management Industry Platform carries out practical applications for the Didaoxian® series of food products, explores the auxiliary conditioning of multi-category diet for chronic diseases, analyses the application, analyses existing problems and puts forward suggestions for industrial development, and promotes the standardised implementation of scientific diet in the field of chronic disease health management.

【Discussion】Basic Discussion on Diet and Nutrition Intervention for Chronic Diseases of Didaoxian®
1. Chronic diseases often have metabolic disorders, chronic inflammation, weak spleen and stomach, mixed with false and real, and it is not appropriate for radical intervention.
2. The effect of single food and nourishing raw materials is limited.
