【摘要】在大健康战略背景下，文化赋能大健康、科技赋能膳食干预成为产业发展新趋势。传统瓷器文化与现代生命科学长期存在产业割裂，文化机构侧重美学传播，生命科学企业聚焦技术研发与产品落地，二者缺少深度协同的融合范式。淳之当代瓷器博物馆依托中国瓷器传统文化资源，菩惠宁生命科学深耕食药物质非药物干预技术研发，双方跨界合作，构建“文化载体+生物科技+膳食干预+体验传播”四位一体创新产业模式。

【论述研讨】

一、研究背景与现实意义当前我国健康产业发展呈现两大特点：一方面，食药物质、膳食营养非药物干预迎来发展机遇，依托现代生物萃取、酶解等技术，药食同源产品在亚健康调理、慢病前期干预领域具备广阔应用空间；另一方面，中华优秀传统文化是大健康产业的宝贵资源，但多数文化机构与健康科技企业相互独立，文化仅停留在文创礼品层面，未能深度嵌入健康产品、膳食干预、科普教育全链条。

二、淳之当代瓷器博物馆深耕当代瓷器文化传承、生活美学传播，拥有博物馆展览、文创开发、文化体验、科普研学的完整运营体系。菩惠宁生命科学专注食药物质研发、非药物干预技术转化，拥有食材原料研究、生物加工、健康产品开发、膳食干预方案研究的技术能力。

三、跨界合作，打破文化与生命科学的行业壁垒，探索传统文化赋能食药健康产业的新路径，把器物、陶瓷文化、传统食养理念与现代生命科学技术结合，打通“技术研发‑ 文化载体‑场景体验‑ 科普传播‑ 市场转化”闭环，助力科学膳食赋能疾病非药物干预产业高质量发展。

四、淳之文化与菩惠宁生命科学协同的新模式架构双方构建四位一体融合模式：文化载体、生物科技、膳食干预、体验传播，形成分工协作、优势互补的产业体系。

【总结】淳之文化与菩惠宁生命科学的跨界合作，探索出“陶瓷、器物文化+生命科技+膳食干预+体验传播”的新型健康产业模式。该模式将中华优秀器物传统文化与现代食药物质非药物干预技术相结合，实现文化传承与大健康产业双向赋能。

【Abstract】Under the background of the big health strategy, culture-empowering big health and science and technology-empowering dietary intervention have become a new trend in industrial development. There has been a long-term industrial separation between traditional porcelain culture and modern life science. Cultural institutions focus on aesthetic communication, and life science enterprises focus on technology research and development and product implementation. The two lack the integration paradigm of deep coordination. Relying on the traditional cultural resources of Chinese porcelain, Chunzhi Contemporary Porcelain Museum deeply cultivates the research and

development of non-drug intervention technology in Puhuining Life Science. The two sides cooperate across borders to build a four-in-one innovative industrial model of "cultural carrier + biotechnology+ dietary intervention + experience communication".

I. Research background and practical significance At present, the development of China's health industry has two major characteristics: on the one hand, food and drug quality, dietary nutrition non-drug intervention has ushered in development opportunities. Relying on modern biological extraction, enzymatic lysis and other technologies,

medicinal and food homology products have a wide application space in the field of sub-health conditioning and early intervention of chronic diseases; on the other hand, China's excellent traditional culture It is a valuable resource for the big health industry, but most cultural institutions are independent of health technology enterprises. Culture only stays at the level of cultural and creative gifts, and fails to be deeply embedded in the whole chain of health products, dietary

intervention and science popularisation education.

II. Chunzhi Contemporary Porcelain Museum cultivates the cultural inheritance of contemporary porcelain and the dissemination of life aesthetics. It has a complete operation system of museum exhibition, cultural and creative development, cultural experience and popular science research. Puhuining Life Science focusses on the research and development of food and drug quality and the transformation of non-drug intervention technology. It has the technical capabilities of food raw material research, biological processing, health product development, and dietary intervention

program research.

III. Cross-border cooperation, break down the industry barriers of culture and life science, explore the new path of traditional culture to empower the food and health industry, combine the concept of utensils, ceramic culture, traditional food and nourishment with modern life science and technology, and open up the closed loop of "technology research and development - cultural carrier - scene experience - science popularisation communication - market transformation", and help Scientific diet empowers the high-quality development of the disease non-drug intervention industry.

IV. The new model structure of Chunzhi culture and Puhuining life science cooperation The two sides build a four-in-one integration model: cultural carriers, biotechnology, dietary intervention, and experience communication, forming an industrial system with division of labour and cooperation and complementary advantages.

【Summary】The cross-border cooperation between Chunzhi Culture and Puhuining Life Science has explored a new health industry model of "ceramics, artefact culture + life science and technology +dietary intervention + experience communication". This model combines the traditional culture of excellent Chinese artefacts with the non-drug intervention technology of modern food and medicine to realise the two-way empowerment of cultural inheritance and large health industry.
