                                          大健康产业发展需要改变的膳食营养技术教育培训探讨研究

【摘要】随着国民健康战略纵深推进，大健康产业已从传统保健服务，转向精准营养干预、慢病膳食调控、药食同源应用的精细化发展阶段。膳食营养技术作为大健康产业的核心支撑技术，其人才培养模式、课程体系与教学逻辑亟需适配产业升级需求。当前国内膳食营养技术教育培训普遍存在理论滞后、实践脱节、学科融合不足、产业适配度低等问题，难以满足临床营养、特膳应用、大众健康管理的行业刚需。本文基于大健康产业发展新形势，系统剖析传统膳食营养教育培训的现存短板，探讨适配新时代产业发展的教学改革路径，旨在构建专业化、实用化、融合化的营养技术育人体系，为大健康产业高质量发展输送复合型膳食营养技术人才。

【论述研讨】大健康产业的核心发展逻辑是“预防优先、营养先行”，膳食营养干预已成为慢病防治、体

质调理、亚健康改善的核心非药物手段。产业迭代背景下，市场不再需要仅掌握基础营养理论的普通从业者，而是亟需兼具中西医营养认知、特膳应用技术、慢病膳食调控、食药物质实操的复合型技术人才。

现阶段传统膳食营养教育培训存在明显结构性滞后。

（1）课程体系老旧固化，多侧重基础营养学理论教学，缺少特膳食品应用、食药同源物质配伍、慢病个性化膳食干预等前沿产业内容，与当前精准营养产业赛道严重脱节。

（2）教学模式重理论、轻实操，实训场景单一，缺乏真实临床案例、慢病配餐、功能性膳食调配的实战训练，导致学生实操能力薄弱，上岗适配周期长。

（3）学科融合度不足，割裂了中医食养、现代分子营养、疾病膳食干预的内在关联，培养人才知识结构单一，难以适配中西医结合营养服务的行业趋势。

（4）行业科普教育与职业教育脱节，大众营养认知误区普遍，也反向制约产业规范化发展。新时代膳食营养技术教育必须立足产业需求深度改革。教学层面需重构课程体系，新增特膳营养应用、慢病膳食管理、食药物质科学配伍等核心模块；教学模式推行产教融合，依托健康企业、临床机构搭建实训平台，以真实病例、市场项目驱动实操教学。同时打破学科壁垒，融合传统食养理论与现代营养科学，建立“理论+实操+临床+产业”四位一体的培育模式，同步完善职业考核标准，规范行业人才输出质量。

【总结】膳食营养技术人才的专业素养，直接决定大健康营养板块的规范化、专业化发展水平。传统单一、滞后的教育培训模式已无法适配产业升级与国民健康需求。唯有通过课程迭代、模式创新、学科融合、产教协同，推动膳食营养技术教育培训深度变革，才能培育出适配精准营养、慢病干预、药食同源应用的高素质专业人才，补齐大健康产业人才短板，助力国民膳食健康科学化、慢病防治精细化、健康产业发展高质量化。

Discussion and research on dietary nutrition technology education and training that needs to be

changed in the development of the big health industry

【Abstract】With the in-depth promotion of the national health strategy, the big health industry hasshifted from traditional health care services to the refined development stage of precise nutritionintervention, chronic disease diet regulation, and the application of the same source of medicine andfood. As the core supporting technology of the big health industry, dietary nutrition technologyurgently needs to adapt to the needs of industrial upgrading due to its talent training model,curriculum system and teaching logic. At present, there are problems such as theory lag, practice

disconnection, insufficient discipline integration, and low industrial adaptability in the education andtraining of dietary nutrition technology in China, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of clinicalnutrition, special diet application and mass health management. Based on the new situation of thedevelopment of the big health industry, this article systematically analyses the existing shortcomingsof traditional dietary nutrition education and training, and explores the teaching reform path to adaptto the development of the new era industry. It aims to build a professional, practical and integratednutrition technology education system, and transport composite dietary nutrition technology for the

high-quality development of the big health industry. Art talent.

【Discussion】The core development logic of the big health industry is "prevention first, nutrition first". Dietary

nutrition intervention has become the core non-drug means for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, physical conditioning and sub-health improvement. Under the background of industrial iteration, the market no longer needs ordinary practitioners who have mastered the basic nutrition theory, but urgently needs composite technical talents who have both traditional Chinese and Western medicine nutrition cognition, special diet application technology, chronic disease diet regulation, and food quality practice. At this stage, there is an obvious structural lag in traditional dietary nutrition education and training. First, the curriculum system is old and solidified, and focusses on the theoretical teaching of basic nutrition. It lacks cutting-edge industry contents such as the application of special diet products, the matching of homologous substances, and personalised dietary intervention for chronic diseases,

which is seriously disconnected from the current precision nutrition industry track. Second, the teaching mode focusses on theory and light practice, and the practical training scenario is single. There is a lack of real clinical cases, chronic disease meal matching, and practical training of functional meal matching, resulting in students' weak practical ability and a long adaptation cycle. Third, the lack of discipline integration has cut off the intrinsic relationship between traditional Chinese medicinefood and nutrition, modern molecular nutrition and disease diet intervention. The knowledge structure of cultivating talents is single, and it is difficult to adapt to the industry trend of traditional

Chinese and Western medicine combined nutrition services. Fourth, the industry's popular science education is disconnected from vocational education, and the public's nutrition cognition is common, which also restricts the standardised development of the industry. In the new era, dietary nutrition technology education must be deeply reformed based on industrial needs. At the teaching level, it is necessary to restructure the curriculum system, and add core modules such as special diet nutrition application, chronic disease meal management, and food quality science matching; the teaching mode promotes the integration of industry and education, relies on health enterprises and clinical institutions to build a practical training platform, and drives practical teaching with real cases and market projects. At the same time, we will break down the barriers of discipline, integrate traditional nutrition theory and modern nutrition science, establish a four-in-one cultivation model of "theory + practice + clinical + industry", improve the professional assessment standards at the same time, and standardise the quality of talent output in the industry.

【Summary】The professional literacy of dietary nutrition technical talents directly determines the standardised and professional development level of the big health nutrition sector. The traditional single and backward education and training model can no longer adapt to industrial upgrading and national health needs. Only by promoting the in-depth transformation of dietary nutrition technology education and training through curriculum iteration, model innovation, discipline integration, andindustry-education coordination, can we cultivate high-quality professionals who adapt to  accurate nutrition, chronic disease intervention, and the same source application of medicine and food, make up for the shortage of talents in the big health industry, and help the people's diet health science and chronic disease prevention.
