综合性开发药食同源产品赋能银发经济发展

【摘要】我国已逐步进入老龄化社会，银发经济上升为国家重要发展战略，老年群体对安全、温和、适配生理特点的膳食药食同源产品需求持续旺盛。食药物质产品立足传统食养智慧，结合现代生物加工技术，是打通老年“治未病”膳食疾病非药物干预、助力老龄化群体健康幸福的重要载体。本报告立足中欧一带一路产业交流视角，从老年群体生理健康需求出发，分析当前食膳产品开发存在的痛点，探讨食药物质产品如何适配居家、社区、养老机构多元养老场景，推动食药物质疾病非药物干预产业与银发经济深度融合，为老龄康养产业高质量发展提供产业与学术参考。

【论述研讨】随着我国人口老龄化程度加深，60 岁以上老年人口规模持续扩大，老年人群慢性病高发、

肌肉衰减、消化功能减退、睡眠障碍等健康问题普遍存在。老年人健康需求从单纯疾病治疗转向预防调理、膳食康养、疾病非药物干预、提升生活质量理念深入人心。

一、国家出台发展银发经济相关政策，鼓励开发适配老年人咀嚼、消化能力的功能性膳食食品，推动中医药与养老产业融合发展。药食同源食膳产品，依托我国传统食养文化，兼具安全性与调理价值，契合老年群体食补养生、疾病非药物干预的消费偏好。

二、中欧一带一路药食同源健康产业研究院立足国际合作平台，聚焦药食同源食膳产品的综合性开发，打通国内资源、现代加工技术、养老应用场景、国际经验借鉴，探索以食药物质产品创新赋能银发经济，助力健康中国建设，同时推动中国食药物质疾病非药物干预科学应用对外交流传播。

三、老年人消化吸收能力下降、咀嚼吞咽能力减弱，容易出现蛋白质‑ 能量营养不良、肌肉流失；同时高血压、糖尿病、骨关节问题、睡眠障碍等慢病高发，需要低钠、低糖、易消化、温和调理的食药物质系列膳食产品供给。

四、国际协同、依托中欧一带一路药食同源健康产业研究院平台，借鉴欧洲老年营养膳食产业的标准、产品开发经验；同时把我国药食同源食膳产品出海，推动中国食膳康养模式的国际交流。

【总结】银发经济的高质量发展，离不开科学膳食的有力支撑。食药物质食膳产品的综合性开发，需要立足老年群体真实生理需求，融合传统药食同源智慧与现代生物加工技术，打通原料、技术、产品、场景、标准、国际合作全链条。以科学膳食赋能老龄健康产业发展，让食膳产品真正服务亿万老年人，实现民生福祉提升与产业发展双向共赢，为我国银发经济、大健康事业贡献力量。

【Abstract】China has gradually entered an ageing society, and the silver-haired economy has becomean important national development strategy. The demand of the elderly group for safe, gentle andsuitable dietary medicinal and food products of the same origin continues to be strong. Based on thetraditional wisdom of food and nourishment, combined with modern biological processingtechnology, food and medicine products are an important carrier for non-drug intervention in dietarydiseases of the elderly and helping the ageing group to be healthy and happy. Based on the

perspective of China-Europe Belt and Road Industrial Exchange, this report analyses the pain pointsin the current development of food and drink products from the physiological health needs of theelderly, explores how food and drug quality products can adapt to the diversified elderly carescenarios of home, community and elderly care institutions, and promotes the deep integration offood and drug quality disease non-drug intervention industry and silver hair economy. It provides industrial and academic reference for the high-quality development of the ageing health care industry.

【Discussion】With the deepening ageing of China's population, the elderly population over 60 years old continues

to expand, and the elderly have a high incidence of chronic diseases, muscle attenuation, decreased digestive function, sleep disorders and other health problems are common. The health needs of the elderly have shifted from simple disease treatment to the concept of preventive conditioning, diet and health care, non-drug intervention for diseases, and the concept of improving the quality of life are deeply rooted in people's hearts.

I. The state has introduced relevant policies for the development of the silver-haired economy, encouraged the development of functional dietary foods suitable for the chewing and digestion ability of the elderly, and promoted the integrated development of traditional Chinese medicine and the elderly care industry. Relying on China's traditional food culture, it has both safety and conditioning value, and is in line with the consumption preferences of the elderly group for food tonic and health care and non-drug intervention for diseases.

II. Based on the international cooperation platform, the China-Europe Belt and Road Research Institute of Medicine and Food Source Health Industry focusses on the comprehensive development of medicine and food products of the same origin, opens up domestic resources, modern processing technology, elderly care application scenarios, and international experience, explores the innovation of food and food quality products to empower the silver-haired economy, and helps build a healthy China. At the same time, we will promote the external exchange and dissemination of the scientific application of non-drug intervention in China's food and drug quality diseases.

III. The elderly's digestive and absorption capacity declines, chewing and swallowing ability is weakened, and they are prone to protein-energy malnutrition and muscle loss. At the same time, the high incidence of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint problems, sleep disorders, etc. requires the supply of a series of dietary products with low sodium, low sugar, easy digestion and mild conditioning.

IV. International cooperation, relying on the platform of the China-Europe Belt and Road Medicine and Food Health Industry Research Institute, drawing on the standards and product development experience of the European elderly nutrition and diet industry; at the same time, China's medicine and food products of the same origin will be put overseas to promote the international exchange of China's diet and health model.

【Summary】The high-quality development of the silver-haired economy cannot be separated from the strong support of scientific diet. The comprehensive development of food and drug quality food products needs to be based on the real physiological needs of the elderly group, integrate the wisdom of traditional medicine and food homology with modern biological processing technology, and open up the whole chain of raw materials, technology, products, scenarios, standards and international cooperation. Empower the development of the ageing health industry with scientific diet, so that food products can truly serve hundreds of millions of elderly people, realise a win-win situation for the improvement of people's livelihood and welfare and industrial development, and contribute to China's

silver economy and health.
