【摘要】欧美现代医疗体系以药物靶向治疗、精准营养补充为核心，但在慢病代谢调节、术后机体修复、慢性炎症管控及亚健康长期调理领域，存在干预手段单一、长期用药副作用突出、精细化营养支撑不足等短板。中华食药物质依托千年药食同源理论，结合现代生物萃取、活性提纯技术，形成了安全温和、代谢友好、多靶点调控的非药物干预产品体系，能够有效补充欧美现代医疗营养的应用盲区。本文通过分析欧美医疗营养体系的现存局限与市场需求，探讨中华食药物质非药物干预产品的科学优势、适配价值与出海应用痛点，梳理其作为国际医疗营养科学补充的发展路径。研究表明，标准化、现代化的中华食药干预产品，可丰富欧美疾病预防与康复营养体系，为全球非药物健康干预提供中式科学方案。

质、合成制剂为主，干预模式碎片化，难以实现对机体免疫、代谢、炎症的整体性稳态调控。面对代谢综合征、慢病迁延不愈、术后体能衰退等慢性健康问题，单纯西式营养补充难以实现长效调理，亟需天然、复合、温和的功能性营养体系作为科学补充。中华食药物质非药物干预产品具备天然独特的国际适配优势。其一，理论体系互补，秉持“扶正固本、辨证调衡”的整体干预逻辑，通过多糖、黄酮、多酚等复合活性成分多靶点调节机体代谢与免疫平衡，弥补西式单一营养补充无法改善整体内环境的短板。其二，技术标准现代化升级，依托国内低温萃取、活性富集、纳米包埋等生物工艺，大幅提升原料纯度与人体

【Abstract】The modern medical system in Europe and the United States takes drug-targetedtreatment and precise nutrition supplementation as the core, but in the fields of chronic disease metabolism regulation, postoperative body repair, chronic inflammation control and sub-health long-term conditioning, there are shortcomings such as single intervention methods, prominent side effects of long-term medication, and insufficient refined nutritional support. Relying on the thousand-year theory of medicinal food homology, combined with modern biological extraction and

active purification technology, Chinese food quality has formed a safe, mild, metabolism-friendly and multi-target regulated non-drug intervention product system, which can effectively supplement the application blind area of modern medical nutrition in Europe and the United States. By analysing the existing limitations and market demand of the medical nutrition system in Europe and the United States, this article explores the scientific advantages, adaptation value and pain points of Chinese food quality non-drug intervention products, and sorts out its development path as a supplement to international medical nutrition science. Research shows that standardised and modernised Chinese

food intervention products can enrich the European and American disease prevention and rehabilitation nutrition systems and provide Chinese scientific solutions for global non-drug health interventions.

【Discussion】In modern clinical medicine in Europe and the United States, targeted treatment of serious diseases

and light overall constitution regulation, dietary nutrition supplements are mainly based on single vitamins, minerals and synthetic preparations. The intervention mode is fragmented, and it is difficult to achieve the holistic steady-state regulation of the body's immunity, metabolism and inflammation. In the face of chronic health problems such as metabolic syndrome, chronic diseases, and postoperative physical decline, it is difficult to achieve long-term conditioning with simple Western-style nutritional supplementation, and a natural, complex and mild functional nutrition system is urgently needed as a scientific supplement. Non-drug intervention products of Chinese food quality have natural and unique international adaptation advantages. First, the theoretical system is complementary. Adhering to the overall intervention logic of "supporting and fixing the original, discriminating and balancing", it regulates the

body's metabolism and immune balance through multi-targets of complex active ingredients such as polysaccharides, flavonoids and polyphenols, and makes up for the shortcomings that Western-style single nutritional supplementation cannot improve the overall internal environment. Second, the modernisation and upgrading of technical standards, relying on domestic low-temperature extraction, active enrichment, nanoembedding and other biological technologies, greatly improving the purity of raw materials and human absorption rate, which is in line with the access requirements of high-efficiency, safe and quantitative nutritional raw materials in the European and American markets. Third, the product attributes are highly suitable for the prevention and rehabilitation scenarios of chronic diseases in Europe and the United States, and can be used as a compliant nutritional supplement carrier for chronic disease auxiliary regulation, postoperative nutrition repair and daily inflammation management. At present, there are still obvious bottlenecks in the European and American markets: Chinese and foreign nutritional standards and raw material catalogue systems are not docked, and some food and pharmaceutical substances lack European and American pharmacopoeia certification data; the Western market lacks understanding of the mechanism of Chinese nutrition, and there are cultural and academic cognitive barriers; product compliance filing, traceability system, evidence-based medical data accumulation It is still imperfect, which restricts the large-scale application of clinical nutrition.

【Summary】Under the background of the rapid development of global precision nutrition and non-drug prevention and control, Chinese food and medicinal disease intervention products are highly complementary to the modern medical nutrition system in Europe and the United States. Its advantages of natural compounding, overall balance, safety and long-term effect have effectively filled the application shortcomings of Western-style synthetic nutritional supplementation and single treatment mode. In the future, it is necessary to continue to promote product standardisation, data evidence-based and certification internationalisation, adapt to the European and American food and nutrition regulations, and establish a perfect traceability and clinical application data system. Empower traditional food and nutrition wisdom with modern science and technology, make Chinese food and medicine become an important scientific supplement to the European and American medical nutrition systems, promote Chinese non-drug health intervention programs to go international, and help the global disease prevention and rehabilitation nutrition industry develop with high quality.
