【Abstract】Allergic purpura inflicing the kidney is purpuric nephritis, which is more common inchildren and adolescents, and the incidence of adults is also increasing year by year. The disease is an immune-mediated vasculitis injury, which is often accompanied by proteinuria and haematuria in clinical practice, and severe cases can affect kidney function. Drug treatment is the foundation, and scientific dietary intervention, as a non-drug means, can reduce allergin stimulation, reduce the metabolic burden of the kidney, help stabilise the disease, reduce the risk of recurrence, and play an important role in the comprehensive management of chronic diseases. Diet intervention is an important part of the whole process of management.
【Keyword】Dietal intervention for purpuric nephritis
【Discussion】
1. Avoid suspicious sensitising foodIn the acute stage of the disease, strictly control seafood, shrimp and crab, beef and mutton, mango, pineapple and other common highly sensitive ingredients; suspend spicy and stimulating and processed pickled foods. Individualise the investigation of food allergens to reduce the triggers of immune inflammation.
2. Protein is controlled in stages
When there is a large amount of proteinuria in the acute stage, limit the intake of high protein, and give priority to high-quality low-protein foods, such as a small amount of egg protein and low-fat milk; after the condition is relieved and stabilised, gradually adjust the total amount of protein under the guidance of a nephrologist to avoid excessive protein and aggravate the burden of glomerular filtration.
3. A low-salt diet protects the kidney
Limit salt intake, reduce water and sodium retention, reduce the risk of oedema and hypertension, control the amount of salt daily according to oedema and blood pressure, and refuse pickles, sauces and all kinds of heavy-flavoured pre-cooked dishes.
4. The choice of ingredients takes into account the same origin of medicine and food. Choose medicinal food ingredients of the same origin with peaceful nature, take into account the ideas of food therapy such as strengthening the spleen, cooling the blood, and benefitting water, and avoid cold and fierce ingredients. At the same time, take into account vitamin supplementation, and give priority to low-allergenic fresh fruits and vegetables.
【Summary】Purpura nephritis is an immune-related kidney disease. Repeated attacks are closely related to diet, infection and other triggers. Scientific dietary intervention reduces inflammatory stimulation, reduces kidney load, and cooperates with standardised medical plans, which helps to improve the overall condition of patients and reduce the probability of recurrence through sensitivity control, salt control and reasonable protein management. Integrating diet into the full-cycle health management system of purpuric nephritis is an important practical direction for non-drug
intervention in diseases.
