摘要:随着“一带一路”高质量发展持续推进,中华饮食文化是跨越国界、联通民心、承载文明的天然纽带,也是药食同源健康产业走出国门发展的重要根基

论述:中欧饮食文化交流中心是由上海食文化研究会 、国际食药物质与健康产业联盟于 2025 10 22日在波兰华沙挂牌成立,中欧饮食文化交流中心立足中欧区位优势、积极引领欧亚饮食文明交流互鉴,健康产业协同升级,成为推动欧亚民生相通、经贸相融的以中国食文化传播发扬为宗旨使命的综合对外交流机构,是上海食文化研究会为一带一路食文化交流发展的重要里程碑。

实践:欧亚大陆地域辽阔、饮食文明源远流长,东方膳食文化、养生文化与西方现代营养体系各具特色、互补性极强。中华饮食文化历经数千年积淀,秉持“药食同源、食药物质、四季调养、膳食平衡、寓养于食”的核心理念,兼具文化性、养生性、科学性与实践性,是全球疾病非药物健康干预体系的重要东方智慧。欧洲饮食体系依托现代营养学、食品科学、标准化加工技术,形成了国家区域性的膳食结构研究、食品安全体系与健康食品产业体系。长期以来,欧亚饮食文化与健康资源存在交流不深、融合不够、标准不一、产业分散等问题,文化价值未能充分释放,健康产业合作潜力尚未深度开展。在一带一路国家政策方针指导下,搭建专业化、常态化、国际化的中欧饮食文化交流平台,引领欧亚食文化创新发展与健康产业升级,具有重大时代意义与战略价值。

践行机制:中欧饮食文化交流中心立足“文化为根、健康为核、产业为体、国际为翼”的发展定位,承担欧亚饮食文化传承创新、中外健康理念融合互通、跨境健康产业赋能升级、国际民生共建,全方位引领欧亚饮食文化与健康产业高质量发展,为欧亚各国民众健康管理、亚健康改善、慢性病预防提供新型非药物干预路径。积极推进国际合作引领作用,中心构建欧亚长效协同发展机制。立足一带一路多边合作格局,积极搭建政府、科研、行业、企业多方协同平台,建立常态化中欧饮食文化与健康产业交流合作机制。推动中欧饮食标准互认、健康技术互通、产业资源共享、人才培养共联,持续输出融合型饮食健康文化、科学膳食方案与国际化产业发展模式,不断提升我国在欧亚饮食文化、膳食健康、疾病非药物干预领域的国际影响力与行业引领力。

总结:中欧饮食文化交流中心既是欧亚饮食文化互鉴的重要载体,也是健康产业创新升级的核心导向,更是推进一带一路民心相通、健康共建、产业共荣的关键平台。中心将持续发挥引领作用,深耕饮食文化传承创新、深化健康科技融合研究、赋能跨境各国文化及健康产业发展、拓宽欧亚多边合作渠道,持续推动欧亚食文化相融、为服务国家对外开放战略贡献重要力量。

AbstractWith the continuous promotion of the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road", Chinese food

culture is a natural link that crosses borders, connects people's hearts and carries civilisation. It is also an important foundation for the development of the healthy industry of medicine and food from the same origin abroad.

Based on the location advantages of China and Europe, the China-Europe Food and Culture Exchange Centre actively leads the exchange and mutual learning of Eurasian food civilisation, and the coordinated upgrading of the health industry. It has become a comprehensive foreign exchange institution that promotes the communication of Eurasian people's livelihood and economy and trade with the purpose and mission of carrying forward the dissemination of Chinese food culture. Put into practiceEurasia has a vast territory and a long-term food civilisation. Eastern dietary culture, health culture and Western modern nutrition system have their own characteristics and strong complementarity. After thousands of years of accumulation, Chinese food culture adheres to the core concept of "the same origin of medicinal food,

medicinal quality, four-season conditioning, balanced diet, and nourishment in food". It is both cultural, healthy,

scientific and practical. It is an important oriental wisdom of the global disease non-drug health intervention system.Relying on modern nutrition, food science and standardised processing technology, the European diet system has formed a national regional diet structure research, food safety system and health food industry system. For a long time, there have been problems such as in-depth exchanges between Eurasian food culture and health resources,

insufficient integration, inconsistent standards, and industrial dispersion. Cultural value has not been fully released, and the potential for cooperation in the health industry has not been deeply developed.Under the guidance of the national policies and guidelines of the Belt and Road Initiative, it is of great significance and strategic value to build aprofessional, normalised and international China-Europe food and cultural exchange platform to lead the innovative

development of Eurasian food culture and the upgrading of the health industry.

Practice mechanismBased on the development positioning of "culture as the root, health as the core, industry as the body, and international as the wing", the China-Europe Food and Cultural Exchange Centre undertakes the inheritance and innovation of Eurasian food culture, the integration and interoperability of Chinese and foreign health concepts,

the empowerment and upgrading of cross-border health industries, and the joint construction of international people's livelihood, and leads the Eurasian food culture and health industry in an all-round way. Develop to provide new non-drug intervention paths for the health management, sub-health improvement and chronic disease prevention of people in Eurasian countries. Actively promote the leading role of international cooperation, and build an Eurasian long-term coordinated development mechanism.Based on the multilateral cooperation pattern of the Belt and Road Initiative, we will actively build a multi-party collaborative platform for the government, scientific research, industry

ConclusionThe China-Europe Food and Culture Exchange Centre is not only an important carrier for Eurasian food culture mutual learning, but also the core orientation for the innovation and upgrading of the health industry.
